Voltava is seeking an Assembler / Sequencer for 2nd shift in Michigan. You will assemble, sequence, inspect, and prepare products following work instructions and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This hands-on role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team. You will operate production equipment and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and twisting.

About The Role

As an Assembler / Sequencer, you will help keep production moving by assembling, sequencing, inspecting, and preparing products according to work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

What You Will Do

• Assemble, sequence, pack, and prepare products according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Operate production and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Perform quality checks and report equipment, production, or quality concerns promptly.
