Job summary

MB Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in New Holstein, WI, seeks an assembler for the 3rd shift to build surface maintenance equipment per blueprints and written specs.

Responsibilities include assembling parts, routing electrical and hydraulic components, testing assemblies, and performing adjustments. Requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and operating a crane and forklift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
• Work from established work instructions and follow sequence of operations.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and inspect finished goods.
• Disassemble and replace parts and assist in staging for painting as required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles component parts for products according to established specifications, schedules, and standards of quality.
• Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components, along with attaching hardware and sealing assembly.
• Routes and ties electrical components, calibrating unit according to specification(s).
• Routes and installs hydraulic components.
• Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, and functionality.
• Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies, along with reworks, repairs, or replacing faulty component parts.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Operate an overhead crane and forklift.
