Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, is seeking an Assembler for the 3rd shift at the MB Airport facility. You will build surface maintenance equipment by reading blueprints and specifications, using hand and power tools, and ensuring quality through testing and inspections.

The role involves assembling components, wiring, calbration, and packing finished goods for shipping. Join a team focused on precision, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools along with inspection equipment, and crate, pack, and move finished goods.
• Report lot codes of components used in assemblies, and recording assemblies built.
• Disassemble, replace parts, and assist in staging parts for painting as required.
• Enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.

Responsibilities

• Assembles component parts for products according to specifications and schedules.
• Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components; attaches hardware and seals assembly.
• Solders, lugs, routes, and ties electrical components; calibrates units per specifications.
• Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, and functionality; inspects assemblies for compliance.
• Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies; reworks or replaces faulty components as needed.
