Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for the 3rd shift in Richmond, VA. You will assemble subcomponents and finished products using hand and power tools, gasket sheet metal plates, and coordinate with a partner to hit daily targets on the 3rd shift.

The role requires reading assembly drawings, basic measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity offering paid training and benefits access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required by conversion to permanent status.
• Experience with hand and power tools in a production setting is preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics to identify parts and placement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subcomponents and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Gasket sheet metal plates and assemble units with hand and power tools.
