Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Corinth, MS is seeking a 3rd Shift Advanced Warehouse Associate to inspect and operate specialized logistics equipment, verify part numbers and locations, and perform order filling and warehouse tasks.

The role requires experience with reach trucks, order pickers, and turret trucks, plus the ability to lift up to 70 pounds as a team. Starting pay is $18.35/hour with night shift premium; benefits are provided day one.

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience
• Basic computer experience
• Must be able to work at heights of up to 30 feet from the floor
• Top candidates have equipment operation experience with reach trucks, order pickers, turret trucks
• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience
• Experience following Standard Work or SOPs

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment such as Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Turret Trucks
• Meet equipment-specific efficiency targets
• Inspect heavy equipment like sit-down fork trucks and pallet jacks
• Perform material handling, order filling, and warehousing tasks
• Operate packaging equipment, shipping and receiving
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Cross-reference material to documentation for verification
• Work overtime as needed
