Position Overview

Apollo is seeking a driven individual to join their expanding Institutional Client Group team focusing on 3rd Party Insurance. This role involves supporting Apollo’s capital formation strategy in the Insurance channel and managing institutional relationships with 3rd party insurance companies. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting sales, product, and portfolio management teams with presentations, data management, and bespoke projects related to 3rd Party Insurance capital formation.
  2. Coordinating client and prospect meetings, including preparing internal briefings, client materials, and tracking follow-ups.
  3. Collaborating with investment, marketing, and communications teams to distribute thought leadership.
  4. Customizing marketing materials and talking points for meetings.
  5. Compiling market data and integrating market research into investor presentations.
  6. Researching databases and maintaining CRM systems with investor information.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1-5 years of prior experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Pay Range
