Your impact with us

In your day-to-day work, you collaborate with the Support and Development teams to investigate technical anomalies reported by our customers.

Together with the 3rd-Level team, you serve as the central point of contact (Single Point of Contact) between the customer-facing teams and the technical departments.

For technical matters, such as inquiries regarding the bexio API, the 3rd-Level team handles direct communication with the customers.

Furthermore, during more quiet periods, you will actively engage in developing automations to optimize workflows.

What you bring to the table

You have a natural curiosity as well as a continuous willingness to learn and experiment.

Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not just a skill for you - it is a passion.

The tech stack surrounding LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP, and/or Java is familiar territory for you.

Accounting knowledge and/or bexio experience would be a big plus.
