Salesfive Consulting GmbH is seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant to join our cross-functional teams. You will advise clients across industries on designing and implementing modern BI solutions that make processes smarter and more efficient.

You will transform raw data into actionable insights, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help clients achieve measurable business impact, from startups to global enterprises. Hybrid work is available and EU remote options apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional BI experience.
• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling/BI, or Statistics/Data Science, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate challenges into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of consulting, requirements management, design, development, and implementation of BI solutions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, PowerBI, or CRM Analytics.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to design BI process flows.
• Resolve data management challenges and implement continuous improvements.
• Define and establish rules and standards for data extraction, staging, information modeling, and reporting.

Your new workday:

As a Business Intelligence Consultant (m/f/x), you will be an essential member of our cross-functional project teams. In this role, you advise clients across various industries on developing and implementing modern BI solutions that make processes smarter, more digital, and highly efficient.

Your responsibility goes beyond technical implementation – you excel at transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive concrete business actions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, enabling companies to make informed, data-driven decisions. With your contributions, you not only create transparency but deliver measurable impact for clients – from fast-growing start-ups to global enterprises.

Tasks

• Take ownership of consulting, requirements management, design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, PowerBI, or CRM Analytics
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to design BI process flows

What you should bring with you:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence
• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling/BI, or Statistics/Data Science, or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable plans
• Experience with common BI tools, ideally Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, PowerBI, or CRM Analytics
• Strong customer orientation, consulting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and present confidently
