• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area (3rd grade)
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Experience in growth-focused coaching environ ment with frequent observations and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks
• Experience working in urban environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, modifying as needed during the year
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
• Use research-based practices in daily planning and instruction
