Job summary

Torah Academy (Boys Division) in Brookline, MA is seeking a 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher to lead all 3rd-grade general studies content areas—ELA, History, Math, and Science—while delivering engaging, differentiated instruction.

The role focuses on creating a warm, caring classroom, monitoring progress, and communicating with families. Hours are Monday–Thursday 1:00–4:00 p.m. and Friday 12:00–1:30/2:30 p.m.; salary is $25,000–$32,000 per year based on experience.

About the Role:

As a 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher you will be responsible for creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for our students. You will teach all 3rd-grade general studies content areas, including ELA, History, Math, and Science, and develop creative lesson plans to engage students' interest. You will also monitor and communicate student progress, providing feedback to students and their families.
