Great Hearts Irving Lower School is seeking a 3rd Grade Teaching Assistant/Apprentice Teacher. The role supports the lead teacher in delivering a Core Knowledge curriculum and fosters a respectful, intellectually vibrant classroom community.

Position offers mentorship with a Master Teacher, potential growth into lead teaching roles, and a pathway to deeper professional development within a classical liberal arts framework.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Some locations may require AA, 60 hours of college credit, or be able to pass a ParaPro proficiency exam.
