Job summary

Neato is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for our 3P brands, focused on inventory and production planning. You will monitor stock health, decide which SKUs to build and upload, and translate plans into actionable production schedules for the warehouse.

You will also build FBA shipments and inbound plans, manage exceptions, and ensure clean data across systems. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, cross‑team communication, and a cadence-driven approach to keep products

Qualifications

• Supply chain / e‑commerce exposure in marketplace ops, fulfillment, or planning.
• Proven accuracy at volume with many SKUs and shipments.
• Ability to read inventory data and turn it into a prioritized plan.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic lookups/pivots.
• Strong organizational and cadence discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across the 3P brands and monitor stock levels.
• Prioritize builds and uploads for at‑risk SKUs before they run dry.
• Plan production with the warehouse and finalize a schedule.
• Run inventory‑health analysis and reporting for the team.
• Build FBA shipments and inbound plans for Amazon.
• Keep Seller Central inbound clean and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Back up freight coordination and data accuracy when needed.
