Baptist Health is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant for the Third Shift on a 37-bed telemetry/medical surgical unit. You will provide direct patient care, assist with admissions/transfers, and support with routine procedures in a high-acuity setting including ortho/neuro/spine patients.

Under RN supervision, you will document vitals, monitor I/O, and perform delegated tasks like blood glucose checks and EKGs. Completion of KY RN aide certification and BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold KY Nurse Aide Certification or be in the first year of nursing with clinical rotation validated.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire if not current.

Responsabilités

SummaryJob Description:Nursing AssistantPart-Time, Third Shift3G & H3G/H is a 37-bed telemetry/medical surgical unit specializing in but not limited to orthopedic/neuro/spine patients. The unit serves as a secondary stroke unit as well as general cardiac/telemetry patients.
