Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a 3DLP Apprentice to perform production work in a structured welding environment. You will learn to identify sections, lay out work, call up the correct 3DLP programs, and project parts per drawings while maintaining Sabre tolerances.

On-the-job training will cover safety guidelines, PPE usage, and basic welding machine adjustments within WPS parameters. Strong reading, math, and blueprint comprehension are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Basic Math skills required.
• Must be able to read and write - English.
• Ability to read blueprints required - English.

Responsibilities

• Identify sections to be worked on and learn basic fit up.
• Mark and lay out sections in work cell per procedures and drawings.
• Call up and load correct 3DLP programs for the section being worked on.
• Project and align parts, verify tolerances (twist, camber, deflection).
• Tack parts in Sabre tolerances and operate with PPE and safety guidelines.
