Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a 3DLP Apprentice to support production with basic fit up, targets placement, and program selection for section imaging. You will work closely with the 3DLP lead, read blueprints, and apply MIG welding skills under Sabre procedures on a fast-paced shop floor.

Education wise, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and willingness to learn safety guidelines and Sabre-specific processes. This on-site role offers hands-on training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to read blueprints required.

Responsibilities

• Identify sections to be worked on and learn basic fit up.
• Place targets and align sections in the work cell.
• Open and call up the correct 3DLP program for the section.
• Project 3DLP imagery and ensure accurate placement of parts.
• Inspect for twist, camber, and deflection before imaging.
• Operate welding machines within WPS parameters.
• Tack parts in Sabre-tolerant locations and maintain safety norms.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt tasks quickly.
