Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a 3D Visualization Specialist to join our visualization production team in Denver.

You will create 3D models, renderings, animations, photo simulations, and presentation visuals for a wide range of project types including infrastructure, transportation, water, and architecture. The role emphasizes production efficiency, working from CAD, BIM, GIS data, terrain, and sketches to deliver clear visuals for proposals, public outreach, and design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in 3D Visualization, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Digital Media, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the AEC industry.
Experience with infrastructure, transportation, water, environmental, energy, mining, or large-scale site visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

Create 3D models, renderings, animations, photo simulations, and presentation visuals for project teams.
Support visualization production for infrastructure, water, environmental services, transportation, energy, mining, and architecture.
Prepare and clean up project data from CAD, BIM, GIS, terrain, aerial imagery, point clouds, and drawings for visualization workflows.
Build accurate existing and proposed project context including roads, bridges, utilities, terrain, and buildings.
Produce lighting, cameras, render passes, and basic animation sequences.
