Clear Concepts, Inc. in New York City is seeking a 3D Technical Designer for children's apparel to develop and maintain consistent fit and quality across styles.

The role collaborates with Design and Production to set and maintain standard practices, drafts precise spec packages, and guides proto development to ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate has experience with Browzwear 3D software, strong knowledge of garment construction, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in children's apparel
• Experience with Browzwear or similar 3D software
• Familiar with measurement points and tolerance
• Knowledge of knit and woven garment construction
• Proficient with Excel and Word; Illustrator a plus

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain fit/construction standards with Design and Production
• Create spec packages with correct grade rules and construction details
• Measure and evaluate development and proto samples for spec/quality
• Lead fit sessions with Design and Production departments
• Communicate measurements and construction notes to vendors with diagrams/patterns
• Ensure products meet children’s safety requirements
