Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years in simulation engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate high-fidelity 3D models using plant simulation software to analyze production capacity, optimize layouts, and improve material flows.
• Develop detailed process simulations to verify assembly sequences and ergonomics.
• Conduct simulation studies to evaluate manufacturing processes, including tool clash and cable routing validation.
• Partner with process engineering to validate new production processes via virtual modeling.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for operational improvements and contingency planning.
