Belcan’s Robotics RMTO organization in the greater Boston area seeks a Sr. Process Engineer to develop and optimize large-scale manufacturing and test processes for robotics and mechatronic systems.

You will participate in strategic projects, drive cost reduction, and implement technology improvements across safety, quality, and cost targets. You will contribute to capital equipment planning, risk assessments, and process validation for NPI programs, with a potential second shift and travel as

Responsibilities

• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Own process optimization and cost reduction initiatives for sustaining processes.
• Own creation of optimized manufacturing and test processes for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Implement technology and tool improvements to impact Safety, Quality, and Cost targets.
• Perform critical process reviews including Risk and Hazard assessments.
• Development and Validation of processes specific to NPI programs.
• Write business and operational planning documents for capital equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Ability to travel (~10%) to support projects when normal business travel practices resume.
