Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer for Fresno, CA to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will operate Matterport Pro03 cameras and standard photography gear, servicing a defined market with scheduled appointments.

The role requires real estate photography experience, FAA Part107 license, and strong client-facing skills. Travel within the territory and occasional weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part107 Drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro03 and photography equipment.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments effectively.
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks.
• Identify new inventory and ensure market data coverage while photographing commercial properties.
• Follow safety standards for vehicle/equipment handling and representation of CoStar.
