Job summary

Formlabs in Massachusetts is seeking a reliable 3D Print Production Associate to help operate our production line on the 2nd shift. You’ll work on a production floor using advanced 3D printers to manufacture parts for customers worldwide. No prior 3D printing experience is required—we’ll teach you the basics.

This full-time, hourly role offers training across several hands-on stations, a standard 3pm–11:30pm shift, and opportunities to grow while supporting high-quality, timely orders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and efficiently after training.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided).
• Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Stay organized and keep your work area clean.
• Work with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Help meet daily production goals.
