Job summary

Formlabs in Massachusetts is seeking a dependable 3D Print Production Associate to help run our production floor. You’ll operate printers, finish parts, and prepare orders for shipment, with training provided.

You’ll join a collaborative team on a fast-paced line, stay organized, and follow safety standards while meeting daily production goals. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, and you’ll gain hands-on skills across multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and efficiently after training.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar role is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printers and other production equipment (training provided).
• Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Stay organized and keep your work area clean.

In this role, you'll work on a production floor where we use advanced 3D printers to make parts for customers around the world. No experience with 3D printing is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.Role Description:As a 3D Print Production Associate, you'll help run machines, finish printed parts, check for quality, and prepare products for shipment. You'll play an important part in making sure orders are completed on time and done right.
