Polymaker LLC in Missouri City, TX is seeking a Production Shift Lead to manage extrusion and packaging operations on a 12.5-hour rotating shift. This hands-on role oversees extrusion operators, winding operators, and packagers and reports to the Plant Manager.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or a refinery setting, with strong PC skills and forklift operation capability. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including insurance and PTO.

Responsabilidades

• Operate extrusion and packaging work centers on assigned shift.
• Lead and coordinate extrusion operators, winding operators, and packagers.
• Perform in-process quality checks for extrusion.
• Assign work orders and priorities for the team.
• Address labor, equipment, material, and quality issues.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are followed.
• Coordinate end-of-shift cleanup and pass-downs.
