Job summary

Formlabs in Billerica, MA is seeking a motivated Floor Team Lead to guide a high‑throughput 3D printing operation. You will oversee daily production, drive safety and quality, and mentor hourly team members in a fast‑paced digital fabrication environment.

As a floor lead, you will manage resources, coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and partner with engineering to improve workflow. A related degree and hands‑on additive manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead/manager role.
• Experience managing direct hourly employees in a high-throughput environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to mentor employees across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly labor pool and support functions; plan resources and train staff.
• Oversee production workflow, schedules, and quality across digital manufacturing platforms.
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
