Job summary

Formlabs in Billerica, MA is seeking a motivated Floor Team Lead to guide a high‑throughput 3D printing operation. You will oversee daily production, drive safety and quality, and mentor hourly team members in a fast‑paced digital fabrication environment.

As a floor lead, you will manage resources, coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and partner with engineering to improve workflow. A related degree and hands‑on additive manufacturing experience are preferred.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of safety and quality. The floor lead will oversee 3d printing production daily operations. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The hourly base pay range for this role is:$24—$26 USD
