Qualifications

• Must be Export Control Compliant (ITAR).
• 4-6 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of computers for email, transactions, quality reporting, and work instructions; ADP/HR systems.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions to achieve production goals.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test 3D Printer system power-up per work instructions.
• Perform factory calibration per work instructions.
• Verify factory calibration using measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot printer functionality and escalate as needed to Senior Testers or Technicians.
• Rework printer per established work instructions.
• Test subassemblies per work instructions and functional test fixtures.
• Understand 3D printer functionality and data handling.
• Able to operate precision measurement tools and basic computer tasks.
• Prepare skins, doors, tie downs, and accessories for safe shipment.
