Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team in the United States. You will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D project delivery from due diligence through detailed design, collaborating with planners, engineers, surveyors, BIM/VDC professionals and project teams.

You will develop scalable workflows using ArcGIS, Autodesk Forma, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks and related tools to inform site selection,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years civil design/geospatial experience.
Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of coordinate systems, survey data, georeferencing, and spatial data management.
Experience delivering site due diligence, feasibility studies, and master planning.

Responsibilities

Civil 3D Project Setup & Management: establish environments, templates, standards, and data structures for multidisciplinary teams.
Geospatial & Master Planning: develop 3D geospatial models and integrate GIS, survey, environmental, and infrastructure datasets.
Digital Delivery & Innovation: act as SME for geospatial and civil digital workflows, develop standards and documentation, mentor teams.
