Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join the Digital Delivery team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D-based project delivery for advanced manufacturing, data centers, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Civil/Geomatics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, ACC, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of coordinate systems, survey data, georeferencing, and spatial data management.
• Experience supporting site due diligence, feasibility studies, and master planning.
• Understanding of civil engineering workflows including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and site development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, standards, and data structures.
• Configure Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site workflows.
• Integrate GIS, survey, utility, and infrastructure data into project workflows.
• Develop 3D geospatial models for site evaluation and master planning.
• Create automated data collection, validation, and reporting workflows.
• Mentor and support engineering teams in geospatial and digital delivery workflows.
