Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled 3D Geospatial & Civil Design Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team in the United States. You will bridge geospatial intelligence, master planning, and Civil 3D to support schematic design through construction documentation, collaborating with planners, engineers, surveyors, and BIM/VDC professionals.

The ideal candidate has extensive Civil 3D, GIS, and data management experience, plus the ability to develop scalable workflows and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of civil design, geospatial modeling, or digital delivery experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, Forma, ArcGIS, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of coordinate systems, survey data, georeferencing, and spatial data management.
• Experience supporting site due diligence, feasibility studies, and master planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Civil 3D project environments, templates, standards, and data structures.
• Configure and manage Civil 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and site development workflows.
• Develop geospatial models to support site evaluation and master planning.
• Integrate GIS, survey, environmental, zoning, and infrastructure datasets into workflows.
• Provide mentoring and technical support to engineering and design teams.
