Job description

Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for a General 3D Artist to support the development of existing and upcoming projects.

As a 3D Artist, you work closely with the Concept Artist to create models and textures. Your job is to realize the concepts of the Concept Artists in 3D, texturize them, and implement them into the game. You will also iterate your models based on feedback from the Lead Artist, ensuring they meet the game's requirements in terms of polycount and style.

Your mission

• Complete all pipeline steps for 3D asset creation (modeling, texturing, baking, implementation)
• Iterate models and textures based on feedback
• Create models within the designated time and quality standards
• Bring the ideas of concept artists to life

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a 3D Artist; experience in mobile games or AAA titles is a plus
• Proficiency with tools such as: Blender, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Unity
• Nice to have: Substance Designer, experience with rigging/animation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with task tracking tools
• Strong ability to iterate based on feedback
• Skilled in creating appealing low-poly models
• Experience with high- to low-poly workflows
