Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Production Operator II for the 3AM–3PM shift to operate automated equipment and support a safe, efficient bakery production line.

You will diagnose basic equipment issues, assist in maintenance, and ensure sanitation and quality throughout the process. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and 2+ years of related experience; familiarity with enterprise systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus technical certification is required.
• Experience with enterprise software and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment on the line.
• Diagnose basic equipment failures and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the work area.
• Enter data into ERP/production systems and generate reports.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality targets.
