Job summary

Garland Independent School District seeks an experienced investigator for Employee Relations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in education or related fields and substantial investigations experience in law enforcement, regulatory, or HR compliance.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of law enforcement, regulatory agency, human resources compliance, or employee relations experience, in a position primarily responsible for conducting investigations involving employee misconduct, criminal offenses, regulatory or administrative violations, or legal claims
  • Three (3) years of experience as an investigator conducting employee misconduct, professional standards, or Title IX investigations for a K-12 school district, preferred

Education
