Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist consumers in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization.
• Ensure nutritional needs of clients; assist with feeding as necessary.
• Assist with nutritional planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Collaborate on development/implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Train and support consumers in all ISP areas.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Train and support consumers in community activities (social, recreational, cultural, religious and educational networks).

Pay:$18.91/hr

Job Description:

• Assist consumers, as needed, in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
• Ensure assigned clients’ nutritional needs; assisting with feeding as necessary
• Assist consumers in nutritional planning, grocery shopping and preparation of all meals.
