AltaMed seeks a 340B Program Manager to oversee, optimize, and ensure compliance of the organization's 340B program across operations. You will support access to affordable medications for underserved populations and prepare for HRSA audits while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 340B administration, experience with reporting systems like 340B ESP, Kalderos, and familiarity with FQHC or safety-net healthcare environments. This is an on-site role in Anaheim, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of 340B administration, pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or FQHC operations.
• Experience with split-billing systems, pharmacy claims, contract pharmacy arrangements, and compliance auditing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, ensure compliance, optimize, and administer the 340B program.
• Support access to affordable medications for underserved populations.
• Coordinate with HRSA audits and corrective action plans where needed.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and reporting systems (e.g., 340B ESP, Kalderos).
