Job summary

Chase-Brexton-Health-Care in Baltimore, MD seeks a 340B Program Manager to oversee all 340B program activities under the supervision of a Director of Pharmacy. You will provide oversight of inventory-related functions to ensure 340B compliance and manage the voucher program for prescriptions copays in collaboration with SWOD.

The role requires building and maintaining program policies, conducting internal audits, coordinating with IT, Finance, and Pharmacy, and driving cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of auto-split billing 340B software and 340B program operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make verbal presentations to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform and provide oversight for all 340B program related activities under the supervision of a Director of Pharmacy.
• Provide oversight and audit of inventory related functions to ensure compliance with the 340B program.
• Manage the voucher program for payment of prescription copayments in collaboration with the Social Work & Outreach Department (SWOD).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
