Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required.
• Currently registered or eligible to be registered as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy intern/extern by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• Conduct audits and regular assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to drug purchases, inventory, eligibility and utilization within the 340B program.
• Collaborate with 1917 Clinic leadership to verify patient eligibility and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze data and trends to identify strategies for improving program efficiency and maximizing discounts.
• Develop and deliver training materials and education programs about the 340B program.
