Coulee Medical Center is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join as a 340B Program Coordinator in Grand Coulee, WA. You will oversee program operations, perform audits, analyze data, monitor compliance, and collaborate with Pharmacy, Billing, Finance, IT and Compliance to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

This role expands traditional technician duties into purchasing, inventory review, and identifying cost-saving opportunities, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Strong computer, data entry, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with complex information, regulations, and reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous 340B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 340B program operations and conduct audits.
• Analyze data and monitor compliance across the program.
• Assist in purchasing and inventory management and review pharmacy charges.
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Billing, Finance, IT, Compliance and other departments.
