Job summary

Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA seeks a Pharmacy Technician to join as 340B Program Coordinator. This role expands beyond traditional duties, overseeing 340B operations, audits, data analysis, and compliance to support the program's success.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy, Billing, Finance, IT, and Compliance to ensure accurate, efficient program operations and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Must have a WA Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Strong computer, data entry, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with complex information, regulations and reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous 340B program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 340B program operations, audits and compliance.
• Analyze data, monitor program performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Take your pharmacy career to the next level! We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a 340B Program Coordinator. You will play an important role in the success, compliance, and financial stewardship of our pharmacy program.

In this unique role, you’ll go beyond traditional pharmacy technician responsibilities by helping oversee 340B program operations, conduct audits, analyze data, monitor compliance, assist in purchasing and inventory, review pharmacy charges, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings. You’ll work closely with Pharmacy, Billing, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other departments to ensure the program runs accurately and effectively.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and a strong problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership and working collaboratively. This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician who wants to apply traditional pharmacy technician skills and expand their expertise to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes of pharmacy operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
• Strong computer, data entry, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with complex information, regulations, and reports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous 340B experience preferred

Education/Experience:

• 3 years Pharmacy Technician experience
• Previous experience with 340B program(s) preferred
• Current Pharmacy Technician license with the State of Washington in good standing
