Job description

Job Overview

Fairview is hiring for a 340B Operations Manager! Join a rewarding team in this fully remote, 1.0 FTE role (80 hrs/2 weeks), working Monday-Friday.

Under the direction of the 340B Operations Director, the 340B Operations Manager will oversee operational and strategic management, process development for Fairview’s 340B programs, ensuring optimal performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards. The manager will also lead, train, and mentor the 340B operations team.

Job Expectations
  • Oversee the operational performance of Fairview’s 340B Program.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes and policies to manage and monitor the Program, ensuring all drugs dispensed or administered meet 340B qualification standards based on best practices, federal regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to support program success.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes within the program.

Supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, evaluating, and managing performance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop staff educational and developmental processes for ongoing growth.

Manage reporting interfaces and data analysis related to program performance, including creating and maintaining reports and analyzing operational results.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, data/IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B.
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical records and 340B split billing software.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and mentoring teams.

Compensation

The listed salary range ($112,632.00 - $158,995.20 annually) reflects a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). Actual offers depend on skills, experience, education, and market factors. Our organization values pay equity and considers internal fairness when making offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is uncommon.
