What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the operational performance of the employer's 340B Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
- Develop and implement processes and policies for effective program management and monitoring
- Supervise and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and data analysis related to program performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure program success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in business, healthcare, data/IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- Supervisory/Management experience
- Progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master of Science degree
- 5 years of Supervisory/Management experience
- 3 years of progressive experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and/or 340B
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives
