Responsibilities

• Assist with internal, external, and regulatory 340B Program audits.
• Conduct scheduled audits and monitoring to identify compliance risks and discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and audit findings for compliance and audit purposes.
• Develop and maintain reports measuring program volume, financial value, utilization, compliance and performance.
• Create reports to educate staff and assist management in understanding financial impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve 340B processes, systems, workflows, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data integrity and reporting.
