Job summary

33 Taps is seeking a friendly server in Florida to provide top-notch food and beverage service, deliver orders from the kitchen, and clear tables efficiently.

You will keep the station clean, know daily specials, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs, and bend or climb.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage, including delivery and clearing.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for setup and cleanliness.

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Know daily specials
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Sweeping, mopping, and removal of any potential or current hazard related to cleanliness
• Trash removal
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
