Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Telemetry RN for 32 hpw days with flex start times (7a-3:30p). The role requires a MA RN license, telemetry and critical care experience, plus endoscopy procedure experience within the last year.

BLS and ACLS are required, and staff may be floated to other areas as needed. This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement and offers a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 2 years critical care nursing or Moderate Sedation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac monitoring.
• BLS and ACLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry and critical care nursing in a hospital setting.
• Monitor cardiac status and intervene as needed.
• Assist with in-room endoscopy procedures and post-procedure care.
• Float to areas as needed and maintain patient safety.
• Adhere to call schedule and shift coverage.

Job Description:

Schedule will be 32 hpw Days, 7a-3:30p FLEX start times (start will vary by up to 2 hours), Mon-Sat with Call.

Minimum Requirements: Current MA RN license, Telemetry certified, Recent in-room Endoscopy procedural experience within past year required; 2 years critical care nursing or Moderate Sedation experience required, Advanced knowledge of cardiac monitoring. BLS and ACLS also required.

Recommended Requirements: Certification in specialty area.

As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms ofthe applicable collective bargainingagreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
