Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Crisis Clinician to provide outreach, crisis intervention, and housing-focused support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk. The role involves assessments, recovery planning, and connecting clients with housing, medical, and behavioral health resources.
Work is community-based, requiring collaboration with law enforcement, hospitals, shelters, and local agencies.
Under the supervision of the Director and Program Manager, the Project HOPE Crisis Clinician provides outreach, crisis intervention, case management, and housing-focused support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The clinician conducts assessments, develops person-centered recovery and housing stability plans, provides short-term crisis stabilization, and connects individuals with behavioral health, medical, housing, benefits, and other community resources.
The Crisis Clinician works in community-based settings and collaborates with law enforcement, hospitals, shelters, local governments, schools, community organizations, landlords, and BTCS treatment teams. Services are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and focused on improving safety, stability, and access to permanent housing.
The clinician maintains timely and accurate electronic documentation, monitors progress toward program goals, and assists with collecting required grant and outcome data. This position requires the ability to work independently in the community, prioritize changing needs, and maintain a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.

Hourly Salary Range: $24.23 – $31.48
