Boston Baby Nurses LLC in Wellesley, MA is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny for an 18-month-old child. The family values a warm, attentive caregiver who can provide a steady presence and engage developmentally appropriate activities.

Schedule is about 30 hours per week between 8 AM and 5 PM, start ASAP, with some evening or weekend availability by advance notice. Compensation is $30–$33 per hour, taxes withheld, family car provided for on-the-job use.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant childcare experience.
• CPR & First Aid certified.
• Non-smoker.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• COVID and flu vaccinations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and ensure the childs safety and well-being.
• Support daily routines and create a structured, predictable environment.
• Engage the child in developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day.
• Prepare meals and snacks and manage feeding routines as needed.
• Support sleep schedules and maintain consistent daily rhythms.
• Coordinate with parents to align on schedules, activities, and developmental needs.
• Manage bottle preparation and sanitation as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of child-related spaces and belongings.
• Handle child laundry and restock essential supplies.
• Occasional evening or weekend availability with advance notice.
