The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Outreach Coordinator works under the supervision of the Director of Training to coordinate and deliver MHFA trainings requested by community partners. MHFA is an evidence-based course designed to teach skills to assist individuals developing mental health problems or experiencing crises. Bluebonnet Trails Community Services funds these trainings through state and federal sources across an 8-county area.
Location: All counties, remote work. Must reside in BTCS service area.
Hourly Salary Range: $24.87 – $30.62

Minimum: Bachelor's in social work, psychology, or related field; experience in mental health assessments; valid Texas driver’s license. Preferred: Licenses (LPHA, LPC, LCSW, etc.), bilingual, MHFA facilitator certification.
