Job summary

Mars is seeking graduates for the Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE), a full-time, 3-year rotational program across Mars locations in the U.S. You will rotate through finance areas, deliver reports, improve processes, and contribute to internal controls while building a broad finance foundation.

Locations include multiple U.S. cities and relocation is required during the program with provided support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Agile mindset with drive for results and ability to collaborate.
• Passion for consumer products industry and long-term career in finance.
• Willingness to relocate to Mars locations in the U.S. and provide relocation support.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance team by producing periodic and quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value and deliver assignments with senior visibility.
• Develop data storytelling, analysis, process improvement and project ownership skills.
• Participate in MFLE training and rotate across finance roles during the program.
