Job summary

Mars invites graduates to join the Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE), a 3-year full-time rotational program across Mars Snacking, Petcare, and other finance areas. You will rotate through three business areas, producing reports, improving processes, and building a broad foundation in finance.

Your location will be determined by the available roles across Mars locations, with relocation needed at times to expose you to different business units.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Agile mindset with drive for results and ability to collaborate.
• Willing to relocate to U.S. Mars sites and across locations; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Support our digital analytics agenda and adoption of next-gen applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value with visibility to senior leaders.
• Develop data storytelling, analysis, and process optimization capabilities.
• Participate in MFLE training and mentorship programs.
• Rotational exposure across Mars finance teams and locations.
