Job summary

Amphenol CIT in Saint Augustine, FL, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to support the production of wire and cable products. This entry-level position requires little to no prior manufacturing experience and offers three shifts with defined hours and a $17/hour base pay plus a $1.25 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Candidates must perform arithmetic, track production results, operate tools safely, and maintain good eye-hand coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Entry level; little or no previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform arithmetic operations with various units (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Track and record production results and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain physical dexterity to perform tasks.
• Identify colors accurately to comply with safety codes and procedures.
• Use production tools and equipment safely and effectively.
