Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN, is seeking a #3 Press Operator for the 2nd shift to manage setup, production, and quality on state-of-the-art presses. You will read job specs, stage materials, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced printing environment.

You will also cover for leads when needed, monitor equipment, document activities, and uphold safety standards while contributing to on-time product fulfillment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial settings with maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills; able to read rulers and take measurements.
• Thorough understanding of electrical safety and PPE usage.
• Regularly lift at least 5 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the crew on the press, performing setup and production activities on the back-end of presses.
• Reading the DSR and job specs, staging materials for upcoming jobs.
• Quality checking products, completing transactions, bundling and tagging.
• Filling in for Lead and Mid-Level Operators as needed, covering absences.
• Monitoring equipment and product quality, documenting activities in Tier Boards and SAP.
• Using safety equipment to comply with regulations and attend training.

As a **#3 Press Operator,** you will be responsible for working as a member of our Core Publishing Solutions team providing operational management and technical support. You will be operating state-of-the-art offset and digital web presses.
